Everything you need in one place and designed to give you the best running season possible. Covering:

  • How to optimise training capacity. Nutrition for training on top of normal life
  • Guidance on meal planning and nutrition for health
  • Training the gut
  • Planning for fuelling for the race and back up plans
  • Hydration
  • Recovery

All this will be in the following sessions:

  • Three 1 hour long sessions, spaced out over 6-8 weeks
  • One thirty minute pre race chat to cover a summary, race pack advice
  • Follow up and progress check every week in emails, texts if you like
  • Recipes and snack suggestions tailored to you to keep

The aim is to focus on the very best nutrition to support training, give you energy in your sessions, help you recover and give you the confidence to toe the start line and enjoy your race. After all this training - don't let GI issues stop you!
